Liverpool have been forced into a change after a training injury has ruled out Joe Gomez for Saturday’s Premier League against Watford.The England defender suffered a minor ankle blow in training this week, a problem the club insist is not serious, and he is replaced by Dejan Lovren alongside Virgil van Dijk in central defence.Meanwhile, captain Jordan Henderson returns to the starting line-up after a spell on the sidelines with injury, as Jurgen Klopp names a strong team.
