The transfer window is now in full flow and the 2019/20 fixtures will be announced on Thursday, June 13 as clubs gear up for the new campaign.Fans across the country will be eagerly awaiting the opening day of next term on August 10.And there are some new rules that supporters, players and bosses will have to get used to. HandballsIf the ball hits an attackers arm during the build-up to a goal it will be disallowed regardless if it was accidental or otherwise.Free kicksAn attacking player is no longer allowed in the wall at free kicks and opponent players must stand at least a metre away.Penalty kicksThe goalkeepers must have one foot on the line while the penalty is being taken.And ‘keepers are also no longer allowed to touch the posts before the kick.GETTY2
